• Views on the online theory classes.
It should not be held at all. Effective teaching is not possible. Participation of students is almost nil in on line delivery.

You cannot judge what a student is doing. At the same time, it cannot be justified by saying objective questions can be copied and students can take help of a resource person.

It has to be offline. By starting a you tube channel and posting lecture and practical video can't help. As already said in on line class participation of students is almost nil.

We can only hope for the best, because the way hotel has treated their employees during Covid, most of them who have started their own ventures are not ready to come back.
