Revival Of The Cultural Heritage In India

It is not only encouraging to see the revival of the cultural heritage in India, but also a delight that the youth are also interested to explore new shores in the field of various tourism and hospitality options that India has to offer. It is bound that new expectations arise from the new lifestyle that would in turn increase the authentic food choices in the society. While there would be innovation in regional food, the society would be eagerly interested in restoring its authentic taste, flavor and colour of the traditional food.

I congratulate Dr. Jagat Mangaraj for his efforts in creating this blog to express the views on the field of Hospitality and Tourism to create awareness for the society. I am sure this blog will be a stepping stone to know, recognize and understand the changes in hospitality and tourism industry, towards a problem-solving and harmonious relationship between like-minded stakeholders and entities.

Every day it evolves and develops in favour of the consumers.
